East West Compound
Demolishing existing compounds and developed six residential complexes. The site spans 700,000 square meters and is located three kilometers from the East West Pipeline corridor risk zone. Each complex featured modern buildings, recreational facilities, and parking. Managed by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), the project aims to provide comprehensive real estate solutions and create a sustainable community.
Abu Ali Island Bachelor Camps
Abu Ali Island, located in the Eastern Province north of Al Jubail industrial city, is the site of the Abu Ali Serviced Residential Compound. The Abu Ali Bachelor Camp within this project consists of six residential buildings, covering a site area of 265,000 square meters with 44,000 square meters of built-up area.
Haradh Residential Compounds
The Haradh Residential Compound project involves expanding and upgrading an existing bachelor residential compound. This includes constructing 296 new serviced units and upgrading recreational and medical facilities, covering a site area of 150,000 square meters with 76,000 square meters of built-up area.
Wudayhi Residential Compounds
The Wudayhi Residential Complex is designed to provide housing solutions and spans a significant portion of a 1,100,000 square meters site, with 34,000 square meters dedicated to residential buildings.
Wudayhi Industrial Facilities
The Wudayhi Industrial Complex supports the residential project with essential industrial facilities, covering 30,000 square meters of support and industrial buildings, crucial for operational needs in the Wudayhi area.
